السياق :
منذ انطلاق برنامج السلامة الرقمية بالمغرب سنة 2019 من طرف مؤسسة
secDev،
قصد تحسين السلامة الرقمية للشباب (الفتيان والفتيات) بشكل كبير في من خلال رفع وعيهم و تعزيز قدراتهم على فهم تقنيات السلامة الرقمية،
و الوعي بالمخاطر الرقمية و كذا الممارسات الأفضل
في السلامة الرقمية للشباب المغربي و أيضا الإستخدام الامن لوسائل التواصل الإجتماعي.
يشمل برنامج
أيضا الجانب التربوي والتعليمي عبر موارد تعليمية للمساعدة الذاتية عبر الإنترنت
مع إشراك
الشركاء التربويين المحليين المرتبطين بالمدارس لخلق روابط برنامجية
للمدارس والمناهج الدراسية
، و يتم
تنفيذ المشروع من بتعاون مع جمعيات شريكة بالمغرب.
كما يقدم المشروع الدعم التقني عبر صفحاته للتواصل الاجتماعي (سلامات المغرب)ف
فيسبوك وأنستغرام
دور الخبير (ة) :
• يتمثل دوره/ها في تحديد احتياجات الشباب
والأساتذة (مستويات الإعدادي والثانوي) في
التعليم
باستخدام الأنترنت بصفة عامة،
، وعملية التعلم الرقمي عن بعد التي اعتمدتها
وزارة التربية الوطنية وقطاع التعليم الخاص منذ تفشي جائحة كوفيد 19.
• سيقوم الخبير (ة) بإعداد وتطوير دليل تعليمي للسلامة الرقمية يسمح للشباب والأساتذة باكتساب موارد رقمية مناسبة للإستفادة بشكل فعال من التعليم عن بعد ، والتعليم باستخدام الأنترنت ، وكذا تلقينهم أفضل الممارسات من أجل الإستفادة من التعليم الرقمي بشكل آمن .
• التعاون بشكل فعال مع الفريق لتحقيق أهداف
البرنامج: سيعمل الخبير
(ة) تحت إشراف مدير البرنامج الإقليمي وبالتعاون الوثيق مع المنسق الوطني
، وبتعاون أيضًا مع المنظمات الشريكة والمؤسسات الأخرى،وكذا مساعدة فريق المشروع في تحديد المواد والموارد اللازمة للدليل
التعليمي.
المؤهلات
المطلوبة :
• البكالوريا + 5 سنوات كحد أدنى من التدريب
الدراسة الجامعية في علوم التربية أو التخصصات الأخرى ذات الصلة.
• درجة أو دبلوم في الأمن الرقمي.
• معرفة جيدة بقطاع التعليم في المغرب و
بالتعليم عبر الإنترنت والمواضيع ذات الصلة.
التجربة
والخبرات :
• خبرة في المواضيع ذات الصلة بالبرنامج (الشباب ، السلامة الرقمية ، التعليم).
• أن يتوفر (تتوفر) على تجربة في التعليم و /
أو تجربة في التدريبات المتعلقة بالتعليم.
• خبرة في تطوير أو التعاون لتطوير موارد تعليمية
/ كتيبات.
الشروط :
• تنتهي
مهمة الخبير (ة) بعد تقديمه/ها للنسخة
النهائية للدليل والموافقة عليها من طرف مؤسسة

لإظهار كيفية إنجاز وتطوير الدليل في
اتجاه الأهداف والنتائج المتوقعة.
•يجب أن توضح الورقة التقنية المنهج الذي سيتم استخدامه في الدليل.
• السيرة الذاتية:مع إبراز المؤهلات والخبرات
ذات الصلة بالمجالات التي لها علاقة بتطوير الدليل.
• مرجعين مهنيين لأشخاص أو مؤسسات سبق الاشتغال معها من قبل.

The secDev foundation is recruiting a consultant for the development of
an educational digital safety guide
CONTEXTE
The Digital Safety- program Morocco launched by the secDev Foundation in
2019 aim to digital safety awareness that target youth (M / F); to build online
repositories of easy to use of digital safety guidance; deliver online and
offline training and campaigns. The project also offers resources and technical
assistance.
The project is implemented by secDev along side with partner organizations
in Morocco.
SPECIFIC
RESPONISBILITIES
·
Identify Youth and teachers needs
(with secondary and high schools levels) in related digital learning process
(distance learning) that the Ministry of Education and the private education
sector adopted since the outbreak of the pandemic Covid19.
·
Will develop a digital safety educational manual (guide) that will allow
youth and teachers to acquire adequate digital resources in education and to
know practices for a better and safe online education.
·
Assist the project team to identify the material and resources needed for
the educational manual.
·
Effectively collaborate with the team to meet the program’s objectives,
he/she will work with different stakeholders, under the supervision of the
Regional Program Manager and in close collaboration with the National
Coordinator, he/she will also collaborate with partner organizations and other
institutions.
I.QUALIFICATIONSDESIRED
· Bac + minimum 5 years of university training in education sciences, or
other related disciplines.
· A degree or a diplomat in digital security.
· Strong understanding of the education sector in Morocco and knowledge on the online education and relevant themes.
II.EXPERIENCE
·
Experience on thematic relevant to the program is desired (youth, digital
safety, education).
·
Educational Experience and/or training experience related to education.
·
Experience in the development or the collaboration to develop educational
resources/manuals is highly desirable.
III. CONDITIONS
·
The approval of the final version of the Manual submitted by the consultant
will terminate his/her assignment.
·
Duration on the consultancy : 3 three months
·
Date of Commencement: November 2020
IV. TO APPLY
·
The consultant must produce a technical proposal to show how he / she
intend to conduct the consultation in the direction of the objectives and
expected results.
·
The proposal should highlight the approach to be used in the manual.
·
Updated CV must highlight relevant qualifications and experiences in the
fields covered by the consultation.
·
A cover letter (letter de motivation) in English or Arabic that
describes (in no more than a single page) how your experiences have prepared
you for the opportunity
